4.6 V8 Land Rover , machining the old sleeves out and Boring and Installing a Custom Darton Flange Sleeve

Our new Rottler HP6A cnc cylinder hone. It's honing a Land Rover block that we just finished installing custom Darton sleeves in. We did not bore the block, after the sleeves were installed, to see how the machine would react to the out of roundness the rough sleeves were. When it finished the honing cycle, the cylinders were within .0002' - .0003" straight and round!
