Chemically cleaned, Oven Baked, then Stainless-Steel Airless Shot Peened to Remove all remaining Paint & Rust. Visually Inspected, and Fully Magnafluxed to check for cracks. Cylinder Bores Blueprint Bored and Decks Index Squared to the Mains, w/ a Rottler F68A CNC Machining Center. Cynders then Honed with torque-plates, w/ a Sunnen CV-616 Automatic Cylinder Hone Machine. Block is then de-burred, Modifying Oiling Galleys when needed, and then pressure washed. Durabond one-piece cam bearings and Pioneer Brass Freeze plugs installed, now ready for Assembly in our 'Clean Room'. |
